Hailey and I had the opportunity to start off the preschool year at our house this year! Hailey has a fantastic group of kids to meet with. There are 6 in the group, four girls and 2 boys, and all but one will be going into kindergarten next year. This age is really an anomaly in our neighborhood- at least in our primary. It's the only group of kids that 1) has more girls than boys, 2) is small in numbers, and 3) doesn't have any hyperactive kids in it. Because of those qualities, we really, really had a great time with preschool this year!
Because I was the first house, and many of the children hadn't ever done preschool before, I had to establish the schedule which all the moms agreed upon before we began. Below are pictures from our "B" week.
Gather time: Choose a quiet activity while children arrive. We played with blocks.

Craft or other activity: Here we played with balls and bubbles
Snack time
Free play
Cleanup
Story time
Go home
I'll have the group in December again and I'm really looking forward to it!
