...you must STOP growing NOW! I can't handle it any more. You are getting too big and doing too many things all on your own.

This was Thomas and Hailey's first day of preschool. They've been for a week now. Thomas is a bit put out that we are repeating the alphabet again. I really hope he's not too disappointed next year when he has to review the alphabet yet another time. Hailey is really enjoying it and can report the letter they learned and a few words that begin with that letter.

Here's Miles on our first walk to preschool. It was chilly, so I got to pull out the super cute reindeer outfit Maria gave me. It's so warm and snugly! I haven't caught one on camera yet, but Miles is smiling a ton now. He'll also coo and talk to you, especially outside. For some reason he has a lot to say when he's sitting on a blanket basking in the sun. I think it must be easier to see heaven when you are outside.

Sometimes I sit back and wonder how I got to this point...happily married with three healthy, bright children. The answer? One small step (and a few giant ones) at a time. I am blessed, many times over.

Ug, so true! How did we get to this point? Seems like just yesterday I was still in High School..

You can tell them, but they don't listen -
