We had our annual Bradley Family Reunion August 12-14 this year. Jenny and Trevor were in charge and did a fantastic job, especially with being so flexible with all the new babies/mommies and their busy schedules.

Thursday was spent at Pineview Reservoir (my new favorite summer destination). We played in the sand, sun, water and mostly the two jet skies that we rented. The air temperature was only in the 80s, so it felt great in the sun, but a little chili when you got out of the water.

James and Miles.

My brother and sister, Mckay and Jenny, joined us at the beach. It was fun to share the day.

Trevor, I'm not sure if he's keeping the sun off him, or trying to stay warm. Probably a little bit of both.

Maria, Kellilyn, and her friend Emmy.

Jenny (Barrow) and Hailey had fun playing in the sand. They made several sand sculptures. I liked this one a lot because they used the wonderfly green colored rocks to decorate the shell of their turtle.

Thomas loved the jet ski and was willing to go out with anyone who was willing to take him, especially Trevor because, "He goes FAST!" Thomas even went out on this tube, with Mckay, but they were a little unbalanced so they flipped twice. Thomas was fine, but decided he'd rather just stay on the boat after the second time.

Thomas and Eric spent the majority of their day just playing on the shore. They had a blast pulling each other back and forth on a boogie board and digging in the sand. I wish I had a picture of their huge bath tub size mud hole that they sat in. Thomas' swim suit is still stained from that. But, hey, he had fun.

Mckay and James playing frisbee. What's a day at the beach with out a few frisbee tosses?
I really love the view here.

Friday and Saturday were spent at Zarahemla Park, the Bradley's stake campground. We scored a free weekend there!!
James and I didn't make it up there until Friday night. That night we played Family Feud and had a great devotional on listening to the prophets' counsel to us.
Saturday morning we pulled out crafts for the little people. The girls made necklaces.

The big boys played ultimate ping pong.

The little boys colored pictures of trains, cars, and trucks.

And then Maria got busy painting the kid's faces. Thomas wanted to be spider man.

The girls got beautiful butterflies on their faces.

Later that afternoon a mad game of Bananagrams got started. I keep thinking that game will get old, but it never does.

Thanks Jenny and Trevor for organizing this weekend. It's always fun to get the family away from our normal routines to get out and do something different.
