James and Ann Bradley Family Highlights 2012
January: Thomas accomplished his first goal for the year: learn to cook. He made Ann a very yummy birthday cake with a little help from Aunt Jenny.
February: Hailey turned 5! She received a fancy pink and sparkly princess dress handmade by Ann. James attends an ice climbing training with fellow Petzl coworkers and awesome Petzl gear.
March: Uncle Aaron (Ann’s brother) and Aunt Shalece get married in Salt Lake City, UT!
April: James turned 30! We celebrate with a surprise golf game and family/friends get together.
May: James, Ann, Thomas, and Jenny (Ann’s sister) drive to Canyonlands. We hiked about 20 miles in two days and explored beautiful vistas of the Needles District as well as a few slot canyons. James spends some time in France on business. He sneaks in a little rock climbing trip with some coworkers.
June: Ann and Miles fly to NC. James and older kids stay home. Thomas and Hailey get spoiled by Aunt Kim and Aunt Kellilyn. Ann completes her fourth Wasatch Back. Ann was released from primary presidency.
July: Miles turns 2! He enjoys bubbles, trains, and a truck book. Camp at Bear Lake with Bradley Family. James and Thomas backpack and hike the Uintas with Uncle Chris and Eric.
August: Aunt Kelley (Ann’s sister) and Uncle Andrew get married in Logan, UT! We have a house full- 12 people all share one bathroom successfully. We camp and kayak at Mirror Lake for three days.
September: Thomas turns 7! We have a hot dog roast and play baseball and soccer. School starts! Thomas- first grade, Hailey -kindergarten. Hailey chops about 5 inches of hair at a DIY beauty parlor the day before school starts- Aunt Jenny is left alone to fix the problem. James and Ann are away in Park City celebrating their 8th anniversary. James completes his first road bike race- Salt to Saint, a relay race from Salt Lake City to Saint George. Busy month!
October: James, Thomas, and Hailey attend an annual rock climbing trip with Petzl at City of Rocks, ID. We find out we’ll be welcoming another little brother to our family in March of 2013. Halloween- Thomas= Jango Fet, Hailey= bride, Miles= Charlie Brown
November: Ann completes her new year’s goal of running 300 miles. We’re thankful for many bounteous blessings.
December: We look forward to 2013 with James’ spring graduation from Weber State’s MBA program, welcoming another baby to our family, and our first baptism!
