We had a fabulous time this weekend celebrating Hailey's 2nd birthday. I can hardly believe that she's two already, although she thinks she's 16 with all her purses and phones! We started the day off with a trip to the Hill Air Force Base Museum...I know, not very girly but, Hailey really likes going there and James wanted to go with the kids. That afternoon we had a couple of friends, Brooke and her brother Cordon, over while their parent's went to the temple. It was fun to have extra company for the party. We went to the park. I say it's pretty lucky for Hailey to have a February birthday and be able to take a nice little walk to the park without snow or cold temperatures. We came home and had dinner, presents, cake and play time.
Enjoy Hailey's cheesy smiles.
I like this picture because I told them to smile and they did, but no one looked at the camera, except Cordon.
Can I say how much I love DI? A couple of weeks before Hailey's birthday I found these awesome alphabet blocks and a really creative number puzzle. Both look practically new, they were waaaaay in my budget and Hailey doesn't even know the difference. I like to think it's one more way that I can be green. Save the planet with one DI toy at a time. :)
Before I ask her to smile
After I ask her to smile. Cheesy girl.

Happy Birthday Hailey! That cake is so so cute Ann! Good work with the DI presents, too.
